Kade Breaux

A Baton Rouge native, Kade attended St. Aloysius School and Catholic High School before earning a degree in Finance from Louisiana State University. His strong understanding of finance, combined with his local market knowledge, provides clients with valuable insight throughout the commercial real estate process.

Kade began his career with Momentum as an intern, where he spent nearly a year gaining hands-on experience in the industry and developing a strong foundation in commercial real estate brokerage. Following his internship, he joined the firm full-time as an agent, where he continues to assist Momentum and our clients with their real estate needs across the Baton Rouge market and surrounding areas.
