Andy's commercial real estate experience spans many years, industries, and roles including service as Lamar Advertising's Corporate Real Estate Manager, program manager for an architecture firm, and a successful commercial real estate broker for a large, local firm.

Now a founding partner at Momentum, Andy has maintained Lamar as one of his largest clients and continues to work across the country for them. He also represents local developers and users, with special talents in the industrial real estate sphere.

Outside of work, Andy volunteers his time with St. James Episcopal Church, its day school, and Capital Area CASA. He and his wife, Julie, have an 8-year-old son.
