Andrew Hoover

Adapting quickly and bringing fresh perspective are strengths that Andrew brings to Momentum, along with a strong foundation of experience in commercial real estate. 

With over two years in the industry, Andrew has worked in retail leasing and management across Baton Rouge, as well as office leasing in the Baton Rouge Health District. His experience gives him a strong grasp of the local market and the ability to guide clients to successful outcomes. 

Raised in a military family, Andrew moved across the country many times growing up, which sharpened his ability to adapt to new places and markets—a skill he now applies to helping clients achieve their vision. He developed an early interest in real estate and has always been drawn to seeing projects and ideas through to the finish line. 

Andrew is a graduate of the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University.
